The Sponsor Relations Committee shall be responsible for the oversight of all programs and activities dealing with sponsorship. It shall review the sponsorship solicitation materials and recommend their approval to the Board of Directors. The Committee shall review all materials to be used in sponsorship recruitment and retention, design all hospitality functions, review benefits, and recommend policy with regard to the sponsorship component.

During the event, the Committee shall work in corporate hospitality areas to support the sponsorship program. The Committee may also be called upon by staff to brainstorm with potential sponsor entities and any individuals they are knowledgeable of who may work in those facilities.
