If your are a performer who has been contacted by a Sommerfest representative to perform at the festival, you are in the right place.
If you have previously registered and wish to retrieve your contract information enter your username and password to the left. If you do not remember your password, click the "forgot password" link below the logon. If you've forgotton your username as well, please contact your Sommerfest coordinator.
If you have not registered, please enter select "Register" above right and enter your registration information. Please remember to click "Update" at the bottom of the page to save your information.
Once you have registered, we will enter your schedule information for the festival and authorize you to retrieve your contract. You should be notified by email that you have been authorized. Once authorized, please return to this section of the Sommerfest web system and login. The contract page will become visible once your logon is successful.
Select the Contract page, review your contract and print it using the print icon at the bottom of the page. Sign two copies and return them to the following address:

We will sign and return one copy to the address in your profile. You will also need to select, complete, print, sign and mail on copy of an IRS W9 form along with your contract.
